Michael Poirier is a Creative Designer, California State licensed Architect and Contractor who received his Bachelor of Architecture with honors from California State University Pomona. 

 

With decades of experience in creative design, designing luxury residences, and urban planning, Poirier Design always looks ahead. Understanding the client’s wishes as a springboard for collaborative creativity, Michael Poirier brings far reaching influences from international travel, contemporary design, music, art and culture.

 

Most importantly, Poirier Design has a history completing projects. The office knows and applies building codes and standards so that a client’s vision can be built beautifully and efficiently. Poirier Design has completed the design and construction of over 40 residential projects, bars and restaurants, as well as recording studios for important recording artists.

 

Poirier Design specializes in projects located in specializes in real estate in the most exclusive neighborhoods in the world. The office completed projects in the Doheny Estates, Trousdale Estates, Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Montecito, Santa Barbara, Rancho Santa Fe, Laguna Beach, Newport Coast, Malibu, Silverlake, Los Feliz and the Venice Canals. Many of these projects required close dialogue with the client and collaboration for approval with the Venice Neighborhood Council, the Mulholland Scenic Parkway, Beverly Hills Architectural Review, Laguna Beach architectural review, Rancho Santa Fe HOA review, Doheny Estates HOA review, among others.

 

Michael Poirier has been a leader in the architecture community since 1996, forging his talent working with many of the great architects of Los Angeles including; Moule and Polyzoides Architects and Urbanists, Lorcan O’Herlihy Architects, Waldo Fernandez Interior Design, Clive Wilkinson Architects, Marmol Radziner Associates, Steinberg Group, Assembledge+, Rios Clementi Hale Studios, and Roman James Design Build.
